Nucleosides Production Plant

Our Nucleosides production plant in Mannheim, Germany, is a state-of-the-art facility. This plant can be adapted to produce other APIs, offering significant flexibility and capacity.

Production Capabilities:

  • 5 reactors (glass-lined and stainless steel) with volumes ranging from 100 L to 250 L
  • 2 chromatographic systems (1 for reverse phase and 1 for affinity chromatography), with column sizes from 5 L to 180 L, with conditions for installing additional systems
  • 1 filter with conditions for installing additional ones
  • 1 isolator with conditions for installing additional ones
  • Ultrafiltration system

Operational Conditions:

  • Pressures from 0 to 1.5 bar
  • Temperatures from –10 °C to 150 °C
  • Media: N2, cooling medium (water-glycol, silicone oil), control air, exhaust air, process exhaust gas
  • Solvent distribution systems: purified water
