Anthracycline Production Plant

Our Anthracycline production plant, located in Mannheim, Germany, is a state-of-the-art facility currently utilized for the production of Doxorubicin, Epirubicin, Valrubicin, Idarubicin and Pirarubicin. Anthracycline production plant is equipped with extensive capabilities for the production of highly potent APIs:

Production Lines:

5 production lines adaptable for new high-potent APIs
20 reactors with volumes ranging from 35 L to 630 L
6 chromatographic systems (3 for reverse phase and 3 for normal phase chromatography), with column sizes from 10 L to 300 L
4 filters with volumes from 30 L to 270 L
10 isolators

Operational Conditions:

Pressures from 0 to 1.5 bar
Temperatures from –90 °C to 150 °C
Media: N2, HCl (gas), cooling medium (water-glycol, silicone oil), control air, exhaust air, process exhaust gas
Solvent distribution systems: DCM, ethanol, acetonitrile, purified water
